We are offering dancers the opportunity to learn and/ or review their basics in the form of a 3 hour intensive. Join Adorria and Sar in learning the basic step, body isolations, frame and connection, and other core concepts necessary for taking full advantage of the Sensual workshop with Saca and Adorria! We are offering a discounted rate if you bundle the Sensual Basics with the Bachata Sensual Workshop!

We’ll kick off with an invigorating warm-up rooted in Afro-Cuban and African rhythms to get you moving and energized. Next, we’ll dive into Afro-Cuban dance techniques, exploring Orisha dances and Rumba. Then, we’ll transition into salsa shines and footwork, infusing Afro elements to elevate each move. Finally, we’ll tie it all together with a dynamic choreography that merges these influences into an unforgettable Afro-Salsa shine.
